Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.ย 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in theย same conditionย as when you received it.
  • Beย unworn or unused.
  • Includeย all original tags.
  • Be in itsย original packaging.
  • Have aย receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Pleaseย inspect your order immediatelyย upon delivery. If your item isย damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away, and we will assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance itemsย areย non-refundableย andย cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order includedย free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Earth Lite will beย deducted from your refund.
  • If you're unsure about shipping costs, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status.

  • Approved refundsย will be processed automatically to yourย original payment method.
  • Please note thatย banks and credit card companies may take additional timeย to process and post the refund to your account.
